Alex and Dan decided to do their engagment session in Coronado. Coronado is always such a great place for pictures! You have the beach, rocks and of course Hotel Del. We met these two at Kat & Aldo’s wedding last year and cannot wait for their upcoming wedding! Based on Dan’s dance moves at Kat & Aldo’s wedding we cannot wait to see him at his own!

Relay for Life San Diego Fundraiser
I truly believe that giving back in some way, shape or form is everyone’s responsibility. There are so many amazing causes out there and so many need help. My good friend Michele asked if we would be willing to do a fundraising photoshoot for the Relay for Life team she is a part of American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life Mira Mesa/Rancho Penasquitos (www.relayforlife.org/miramesaca). It’s hard to find anyone who hasn’t been directly affected by cancer. Trav and I have both lost very close loved ones to this horrible disease. We have been lucky enough to be asked back twice now for this wonderful fundraiser with another one coming up in March. It’s a great cause and we are happy to be a part of it!!
Biolos Family Maternity Pictures at Old Poway Park
It’s always so fun to shoot maternity pictures. It’s always a new time in any new parents life. Doesn’t matter if it’s your first or fifth kid, each pregnancy is always a little different than the last. We had the chance to shoot some of our best friends second maternity session at Old Poway Park! We went right before sunset and the park was practically all ours! Kaila was so excited to be a big sister and Nicole just beemed in all of her pictures! Welcome to the second kid club guys! If you thought one was crazy…wait until you have two!
Kat & Aldo: Admiral Kidd Club Wedding
What a FUN wedding! Kat & Aldo were married at Admiral Kidd Club! Long time followers know that this particular venue is extra special to us since Trav and I were married there almost 6 years ago! Kat & Aldo were out to have some fun! They decided to do a “First Look” which is always a great choice! This creates a very intimate moment for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding. This also allows for all their pictures and bridal party pictures to be done before the ceremony so that they can join in on cocktail hour. We always recommend this!

Tracy & Dave’s La Jolla Shores Engagement Session
We did Tracy & Dave’s La Jolla Shores Session with Pierre!! When Tracy asked if her cat could come along to the beach, I was so excited!! What type of cat likes the beach and wouldn’t totally flip out? Pierre was a trooper!! He did great….until the tide came in and as you will see below Dave was left with some marks! Dave the awesome guy he is, took it all with a smile!!!
