Jaclyn & Andre Thursday Club Wedding
Jaclyn & Andre were married at the Thursday Club. We love this venue and even considered it for our wedding years ago. The view from the top deck is priceless! Jaclyn & Andre brought a fun group with them on their wedding day! Everyone was there to celebrate this couple and have a good time. The highlight of the night has to be Jaclyn hopping up on stage and belting out Madonna’s “Like a Prayer” for all her “fans!”

Alex & Dan’s Tom Ham’s Wedding
If we could pick our ideal client…. Alex & Dan would be it. They were so laid back yet FUN! These two and their family and friends know how to do a wedding right!!! They decided on a first look which is always a favorite of ours. We were able to get so many great pictures done of both the bride and groom but with family and the wedding party as well. They were married at the beautiful Tom Ham’s Lighthouse. You could feel the love in the room and many happy tears and laughter filled the room the entire night!

Katie & Nate were so much fun!! Katie’s laugh was contagious! They were married at Admiral Baker Clubhouse. We always love this venue since it’s so close to home 😉 The reception room with some added uplights always photographs well also.

Erin & Andy: Marina Village Wedding
Erin & Andy were sent our way from 2 past couples we photographed! Erin and Andy got ready at The Dana and were married at Marina Village. What an ABSOLUTE fun wedding. I’ve never seen a couple more laid back! I’ve also never seen Marina Village look better. A lot of aspects of this wedding were do-it-yourself. From the amazing reception decorations to the food! Let’s talk about the food. Hands down…best wedding food we have had! Erin’s father made EVERYTHING!! It’s was beyond delicious BBQ! Our good friend David Cutler was the DJ (sandiegoeventdj.com) and I have not seen a dance floor that packed from beginning to end. What a fun, fun reception! A highlight for sure was the surprise Red Solo Cup serende during the father/daughter dance.

Kat & Aldo: Admiral Kidd Club Wedding
What a FUN wedding! Kat & Aldo were married at Admiral Kidd Club! Long time followers know that this particular venue is extra special to us since Trav and I were married there almost 6 years ago! Kat & Aldo were out to have some fun! They decided to do a “First Look” which is always a great choice! This creates a very intimate moment for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding. This also allows for all their pictures and bridal party pictures to be done before the ceremony so that they can join in on cocktail hour. We always recommend this!

Jasmine & Sammy are married!!
Jasmine and Sammy were married at the Eastlake Country Club. They are such a SWEEEET couple! Both of them were so easy and mellow to work with (which is always nice!). Their only request was a picture with his truck and her bike!! The personal touches are always what stick out for me on wedding days!!

Amanda & Derek got married at Old Poway Park. We have shot a ton of engagement and family sessions their but never shot a full wedding ceremony and reception there. Amanda and Derek had a chic rustic theme and it fit perfectly for that venue.

Zakkayya and Matthew’s:: Steele Canyon Golf Course Wedding
Zakkayya and I met back in high school. It was such an honor when she asked us to shoot her wedding! They had their reception at Steel Canyon Golf Course in Jamul. I have to say out of all the weddings we have done….this one was by far the most intimate and passionate one we have been asked to be a part of. These two have been living on separate coast for sometime now…you could just tell that they were ready to be married!! We had the opportunity to work with Dave from Hit It Music Productions (http://www.hititmusic.com/). DJ is such a great DJ and really reads the crowd so well. The dance floor wasn’t empty for a second!!!
